How the program runs

Mon–Thu

Four days a week

Groups meet Monday through Thursday. Fridays are reserved for individual sessions, so the week has a predictable shape.

9am–2pm

Mornings only

Group runs in the morning block. Afternoons stay open for work, childcare, court obligations, or rest.

5–16

Small groups

Group size ranges from five to sixteen people — large enough for real peer perspective, small enough that no one disappears.

What you can expect

IOP at Reform Recovery is built around group work led by licensed alcohol and drug counselors (LADCs), supported by one-on-one sessions scheduled outside group hours.

  • Individual counseling scheduled in the afternoon block, 2:00–5:00pm Monday through Thursday, or 11:00am–4:00pm on Friday
  • Coordination with probation officers, courts, hospitals, and case managers where you have given consent
  • Referral to Medication-Assisted Treatment when it is clinically appropriate
  • Somali-speaking staff available

We are approved to accept probation referrals and work regularly with supervising agents. If you are court-ordered to treatment, call our intake line and we will walk you and your agent through what documentation is needed.
